再びやって (futatabi yatte) means “try again” or “do again”. 再び means 二度目 (ni do me) or “second time” or “again/once more”. やって (yatte), or dictionary form やる (yaru), means “to do”. Therefore, “do a second time”. She said you can also use it with する (suru). For example:
